Are you working with a therapist, but feel like you need a little extra support, moral support during meals, polishing your skills, or need a bit of extra accountability?  Coaching may be for you!  Coaching is available worldwide.  I offer virtual coaching sessions and check-ins via text, email, and phone.

• Up to 30 phone/video check-ins $50/session

• As needed texting support $25/week
